Service Description
This 45-minute guided session combines breathwork and meditation to help you regulate your nervous system, restore mental clarity, and reconnect to your body before the day begins. Designed for women who feel overwhelmed, tired, or mentally busy, this is a space to pause, reset, and begin your day from a place of steadiness rather than urgency. No experience needed. Simply arrive as you are. Live online with replay available.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank on the way into the marina for free and walk down. For out of-hours classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked to start the class promptly.
