Claire Bell is a women’s wellbeing practitioner, 200-hour yoga teacher, and menopause coach, specialising in supporting women who feel overwhelmed, depleted, or disconnected from their bodies.

With ten years of experience in emotional wellbeing and education, Claire’s work brings together yoga, breathwork, and meditation practices, including Transcendental Meditation, to support nervous system regulation, hormonal balance, and sustainable energy.
​
Her approach is calm, informed, and deeply personal. Rather than quick fixes or high-pressure methods, Claire creates space for women to slow down, understand their bodies, and rebuild strength in a way that feels supportive and lasting.

Working closely with women navigating stress, burnout, and the transitions of peri-menopause and menopause, Claire offers tailored 1:1 sessions designed to meet you exactly where you are. Each session blends movement, rest, and education, giving you practical tools you can carry into everyday life.

As a woman in her 40s and a mother of two, Claire understands the reality of holding multiple roles and the impact this can have on your energy, identity, and wellbeing. Her work is rooted not only in training, but in lived experience, creating a space that feels both professional and deeply relatable.
