Claire Bell is a dedicated Wellbeing and Mindfulness practitioner and educator with over eight years of experience supporting emotional and mental health. Now specialised in women’s wellbeing, Claire offers thoughtfully designed programs and sessions tailored to women seeking balance, resilience, and inner calm amidst life’s challenges.
A core component of Claire’s approach is the integration of Yoga, mindfulness, Transcendental Meditation, and guided meditation, which she incorporates into all her work. These practices help women cultivate mindfulness, improve emotional regulation, and nurture their mental resilience, empowering them to navigate the demands of daily life with confidence and clarity.
As a woman in her 40s, a mother of two, and someone juggling many roles herself, Claire understands the unique challenges women face today. She draws on her personal experience and professional expertise to create authentic, supportive spaces for growth and self-care.
Currently expanding her services for women online and in her community, Claire is passionate about helping women prioritise their wellbeing and reconnect with their inner strength.
