The Flowing Pause is an online space for women navigating their wellbeing in particular perimenopause or menopause. Each online class offers practical guidance alongside yoga, breathwork, and wellbeing tools you can use in everyday life.
Expect support with sleep, nutrition, lifestyle, and holistic self-care, as well as opportunities to learn from guest experts.
