Over four weeks, we work together in a way that is steady, responsive, and tailored to you.

Each session draws on yoga, breathwork, meditation, and menopause-informed support, helping to regulate the nervous system, rebuild energy, and restore a sense of steadiness and ownership in both body and mind.

This is not a fixed method or a one-size-fits-all programme.
It is a space to listen, adjust, and respond to what you need, week by week.
