Service Description
This class is designed to help you release tension, restore energy, and reconnect with your body in a way that feels calm and manageable. This is not about intensity or pushing limits. It’s about creating space to soften, listen, and move in a way that feels right for you. Particularly supportive if you are feeling overwhelmed, fatigued, or navigating hormonal changes. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Live online with replay available.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank on the way into the marina for free and walk down. For out of-hours classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked to start the class promptly.
