Service Description

Yin Yoga is a slow, introspective style of yoga that targets the body’s deeper connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and joints, rather than the muscles. Poses are mostly done seated or lying down and are held for several minutes, allowing the body to gently unwind and release long-held tension. This unhurried approach supports relaxation, mental stillness, and a more mindful awareness of breath and body. It’s an ideal complement to stronger, more active practices, helping to enhance flexibility, joint mobility, and overall balance in both body and mind.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank for free and walk down. For out of-hours appointments and classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked if it is out of hours.
