Service Description

Yoga for Menopause – 4 Week Course Join us for a gentle four-week course created especially for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. This small, welcoming class offers a calm and supportive space to explore yoga practices that can help you feel more comfortable, balanced, and at ease in your body. Each weekly session introduces simple, accessible techniques including gentle movement, soothing breathwork, relaxation, and mindfulness, all thoughtfully adapted to changing energy levels and hormonal shifts. The focus is on easing tension, improving sleep, supporting mobility, and giving yourself time to slow down and reconnect. What to expect: One 60-minute class each week for four weeks Beginner-friendly yoga and gentle stretching Breathwork and guided relaxation Practical tools to support mood, sleep, and overall wellbeing A friendly, like-minded group atmosphere No previous yoga experience is needed — just come as you are. This course is about giving yourself permission to pause, learn what supports you, and feel held in a warm, understanding environment with others on a similar journey.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank on the way into the marina for free and walk down. For out of-hours classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked to start the class promptly.
