Service Description

Grounding Flow is a gentle, mat-based yoga class designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel steady and supported. This class focuses on seated and lying-down flowing movements, creating a sense of ease while encouraging relaxation and gentle mobility. Rather than fast transitions or standing sequences, the flow stays close to the floor, allowing you to move at an unhurried pace. The emphasis is on smooth, continuous movement between postures, helping release everyday tension and promote a calm, grounded feeling throughout the body and mind. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank on the way into the marina for free and walk down. For out of-hours classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked to start the class promptly.
