Evening Ease Meditation and Sound

Sound Meditation Experience

Service Description

This class offers a deeply calming and immersive meditation journey, designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect with yourself. The session begins with gentle guided breathwork, allowing the body and mind to soften and settle, before moving into a guided meditation enhanced by therapeutic sound. You will be surrounded by the soothing tones of singing bowls, gong, and rhythmic Reiki drumming, creating layered vibrations that are not only heard but physically felt throughout the body. These sound frequencies are intended to encourage the parasympathetic nervous system to activate, supporting a state of deep relaxation. Many people experience a slowing of the heart rate, reduced stress levels, and an overall sense of calm and restoration. Each session is thoughtfully curated by Claire, who prepares the space with crystals and fresh flowers chosen to reflect the intention of the evening. Participants are invited to take a flower home at the end of the session as a gentle reminder of the experience and the energy cultivated during the class. This experience is suitable for all, whether you are new to meditation or simply looking for a peaceful space to relax, recharge, and restore balance.
