Service Description
Beach Yoga is a refreshing, uplifting practice held outdoors by the sea, designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind in nature. Practising on the sand with the sound of the waves and open sky above creates a naturally calming atmosphere that encourages both relaxation and gentle energy. The class blends slow, mindful movement with easy flowing stretches, suitable for all levels including beginners. The focus is on feeling good in your body rather than perfecting poses, allowing you to move at your own pace while enjoying the surroundings. The natural elements — fresh air, sea breeze, and the rhythm of the water — enhance the sense of grounding and presence throughout the session. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank on the way into the marina for free and walk down. For out of-hours classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked to start the class promptly.
