Experience the serene beauty of the 'Morning Glow' beach sauna at MindfulMe Wellbeing. Start your day with a gentle awakening as the sun rises, casting a warm golden light across the sea. Immerse yourself in the soothing ambiance of our beach sauna, where the sound of waves harmonises with your breath. Cycling between the sauna, and dipping in the sea, allow the water to wash away any lingering tension as we finish with a grounding meditation. This holistic experience promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and a deep connection with nature, setting a positive tone for the rest of your day and week. Join us for a transformative morning ritual that nurtures both body and soul.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank for free and walk down. For out of-hours appointments (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked if it is out of hours.
