Service Description

A space to slow down, release, and reset. This deeply restorative class combines long-held yin postures with guided breathwork to support the nervous system, ease tension, and create a sense of internal space. Designed for women who feel overwhelmed, fatigued, or constantly “on,” Yin & Breath offers a quieter, more supported way to move and rest. Postures are held gently, allowing the body to soften over time, while breathwork helps to regulate, ground, and steady the mind. There is no urgency here. No pressure to perform. Grab your cushions and all of your props and create a space at home to pause, release what you’re holding, and reconnect to your body.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank on the way into the marina for free and walk down. For out of-hours classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked to start the class promptly.
