Service Description

Gentle Mother & Baby Stretch and Wellbeing A nurturing weekly class for new mothers and their babies, combining gentle postnatal stretching, simple core-recovery exercises and calming breathing techniques with relaxed social time. Safe modifications for different stages of postpartum recovery, and baby-friendly movements (feeding/settling breaks welcome). Focus is on restoring mobility, easing tension, improving posture, and supporting emotional wellbeing. What to expect: - 45–60 minutes of gentle stretches, pelvic floor awareness and light mobility work - Tips for safe postnatal recovery and posture when lifting/feeding - Soothing relaxation and breathing to reduce stress and promote sleep - Short social time after class to connect with other parents Benefits: - Gentle rebuilding of strength and flexibility after childbirth - Reduced neck, shoulder and back tension - Improved posture and pelvic floor awareness - Emotional support and community for new mothers

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us 48 hours in advance or a refund will not be permitted. Parking at the Marina is from 8am to 6pm, £1 per hour or £3 for the day. You can also park at the top of the bank for free and walk down. For out of-hours appointments and classes (before 9am and after 5 pm) please make sure you are at the Marina Gate on the car park (near the slope beach entrance) to be greeted no later than five minutes before class or appointment time. If you arrive after your class start or appointment time you will unfortunately not be seen and the gates will be locked if it is out of hours.
